Building rates from your invoices
Have CostCode propose a supplier's schedule of rates from invoices you've already uploaded, then tick the ones you agreed.
What it proposes
From Rate agreements, choose to build a schedule from your invoices. For each supplier CostCode lists each item's usual price excluding GST, grouped by the supplier's code or description and the unit, using invoices that were read cleanly and aren't replaced or closed.
Items it is confident about start ticked; every item it doesn't suggest says why (seen on too few invoices, more than one unit, a price that changed partway through, or already priced by a schedule on file).
Saving it
A project manager or above ticks the prices you agreed, edits any rate or unit, sets the date it was agreed from, names it and saves. It becomes an ordinary active agreement, and that supplier's invoices are re-checked against it.
It is your record of what you've been paying, not the supplier's promise. Sending it to the supplier to confirm is worth the email.
